FT-450D CAT Control Cable w/Ubuntu 20.04

Just setting up CQRLOG with my FT-450D. Looking to get the correct CAT control cable for this setup. This version of Ubuntu seems to have support for FTDI and Prolific, but looking to get some feedback from someone who has made this work before I buy a cable. Running version 2.5.2. Thanks!

I have used the FT-857D with SCU-17 interface, no additional drivers need to be installed, was simply plug-and-play. The same with Icom 7300.

BlueMax 49ers Yaesu FT-450D USB FTDI ST-9F 6 ft CI-V CAT Programming Cable works just fine with my FT-450D and Ubuntu 20.04 (Zorin Core 16.1)

CQRLOG TRX control settings as follows: RIG model 127 FT-450. Device /dev/ttyUSB0. Speed 38400, 8, 2, None. Handshake None. DTR OFF. RTS ON.

In addition to making sure FT-450D CATRATE=38400, also set CAT TOT=3000
