I am trying to get the 070-Club Membership Listings to work.

In the Help File it says that there should be a semi-colon in between the Call and the Number.
After Checking out the File in /usr/share/cqlog/members/o70.txt I see that ALL the Calls have a comma in between the Call and Number, NOT a semi-colon; so I assume that I will have to edit the File so it shows a
semi-colon in between ALL Calls and Numbers. Once I have done this then all I have to is to show
070-Club #n in the Field Box and I will get the 070 Club Number to show up?

Hi, I am using Ubuntu 10.10 and tried to import my log into CQRLOG form DX Keeper via an ADIF file. My log contained about 450 errors, so the message told me. Trouble is, I can't find the errors file to correct them. The notes say it should be stored in a separate errors.adi file in a log data subfile. I have looked in log data and don't see any such sub file. How can I locate the errors so I can correct them?

Hi, I am new to this group and to this logging program, but enjoying the experience. I am having difficulty uploading part of my log to LoTW. I have the certificates entered all ok and have gone through the upload process as described in the notes. But when I hit upload, I get:
uploading file ...
Size: (blank)
Errors: 0

So I take it nothing has happened. I don't get the message that says upload successful or complete.

Then I tried downloading from LoTW and get the message:
Download
NOT logged
Error: 0
Error ssl_none

When cqrlog does a system call, the kernel gives it the time essentially in UTC.

However, something in the delphi/lazarus implementation underlying cqrlog converts it to localtime, and then cqrlog converts it back to UTC - wrong after a daylight savings time change.

I am sick of losing a few hundred LOTW confirmations on each DST change due to cqrlog doing this idiotic wrong conversion.

Why can't it just get UTC time directly from the OS and do everything in UTC?

Is Delphi/Lazarus so broken that only localtime is supported and not UTC?

And a "burning" question for me.... Is possible that after connecting the rig to read each band frequencies and assign them to the TRX window control buttons?
I do not keep the same frequency band and is always annoying to setup other common frequencies...

I have just upgraded to 0.9.6, and noticed that when I modify remarks field with the "Group edit" option, all is converted to uppercase. Is this a bug or a feature? In the 0.9.5 it worked without conversion and I liked it.

Another and more important issue is that from some time, but I cannot tell for how long, only LoTW contacts with my regular callsign are imported. I have had some more certificates like /P, /M etc., and now these contacts are not even downloaded from LoTW. It worked well a couple of months ago, but then it stopped. What can I do to get this working again?

I've tried to compile 0.9.9 from source today and use it, but found problem. While rig control and MySQL works just fine, there are problems with fldigi.
While fldigi and cqrlog can work side by side (sharing CAT interface via rigctld), turning on "remote mode for fldigi" in cqrlog causes it to freeze after few seconds.
Logging QSO to cqrlog fails, cqrlog must be killed (won't exit or unfreeze after fldigi closed).

When running "Good, old" cqrlog 0.9.6 "forgotten" QSOs has been logged OK and interactions with fldigi works excelent.

System: Ubuntu 10.04 (lucid) on Intel x86_64

In Preference-LoTW Support the "Use LoTW confirmed countries for New......" checkbox means 'QSO confirmed via the LoTW system' or 'QSO confirmed via LoTW system AND applied with LoTW system'?

I'm using Ubuntu 11.04 the program is running ok but the time does not work correctly. The offset in the State of Virginia is 5 hours if I use a stting of "0" in the Program -Preferences the local time is correct when I use "5" it seems to go in the wrong direction I have tried entering the number many ways and never coming close to the correct time. It does not seem to do the math correctly. Any ideas !

I read that the best way to support multiple calls, such as for an event call sign, was to install multiple instances of CQRLOG. I am having a problem installing the second instance. I am running the installation specifying a new destination directory. When I do this I receive an error:
"Creating target directory..."
"Error while creating target directory!"

I have tried running the installer both normally and under sudo. Same problem. I am running Ubuntu 10.04 and CQRLOG 9.6. Is there a special procedure for installing additional instances of CQRLOG?
