Can someone explain:
I installed CQRLog 2.3.0 (002) on another laptop. Had my log imported, setup the connection with HRDLog. All fine. New entries were automatically added to HRDLog etc.
Then I decided to setup eQSL connection. I chose 'upload contacts that never were uploaded', and then it uploaded ALL my contacts to eQSL.cc. Of course, most of these were rejected as dupes. The new ones were correctly uploaded.
So far, nothing out of the ordinary
Hello,
I setup a new install of CQRLog 2.3. I want to export the country name in the adif file. It used to be listed on the "Fields to export" section of the export routine. I do not see it there. Is it called something else? I see county not country. What have I missed?
Thanks,
Marty, N3MOW

For those having trouble with mysql starting the cqrlog databases on Ubuntu:
The issue is the apparmor profile that ships with recent versions of Ubuntu is particularly restrictive. Check /var/log/syslog for the following:

Hello everybody,
how should I disinstall CQRLOG in a clean way since the first install did not succeed?
If I try with sudo apt-get --purge remove cqrlog I get an error.
Perhaps I should add that I tried to install under Ubuntu 18.10 and perhaps this was my 1st mistake
I am back to Linux after many years but I don't have any experience on Ham Radio stuff

Running CQRlog 2.3.0 with a Yaesu FT-991A and wsjt-x v 2.0.0.
When running in remote mode everything translates to the proper fields with the proper values when i click "Log QSO after a contact, except for power level. If i uncheck the "retain" tick box next to the TX power field the power level field will be blank when i go to log the next QSO. If i check the "retain" tick box and enter a power level, say 10, the power level field will say 20 after the next qso. No matter what I enter for power (when i check "retain") the TX power field is always 20.
I'm thinking about trying cqrlog....but am concerned about how to operate portable as well as at a base station. Portable and Base operations will be on different computers.
The portable computers are Raspberry Pi's and the base computer is a desktop.
How do you conveniently do this? Has anyone ever written a description with the details of how this is done.

Hi,
is possible to add a selection to DXCC Statistics (and for export in HTML) the FULL DXCC status complete with the UNCONFIRMED, NEW ONES or NEVER CONNECTED entities?
Thanks,

Hi,
I tried the beta version yesterday. My monitor has a resolution of 1280x1024.
The window "New QSO" consists of a lower part and an upper part where you can see some of the last QSOs.
In the beta version the lower part, which cannot be changed, has obviously been changed in height so that I can no longer use the upper part with the last QSOs.
Is it possible to reduce the height of the lower, fixed part of the window again? Maybe you can reduce the total size of the elements, arrange them differently, or make the part window scalable.
For folks who regularly make contacts from different station locations, such as via remotehamradio.com and other things like it, we may end up with QSOs from many QTH Profiles scattered throughout our log that all need to be signed with the right location ID using tQSL. Currently, the location name is "hard-coded" in the tQSL binary string.
I am an appy cqrlog 2.3.0-1 user, having it installed on a RPI3
Doing online upload to ClubLog (Upload all changes) I run into the issue as described in https://cqrlog.com/node/2189
Getting the latest content from the git repository and building it on my RPI3 I run into
$ make
i've sussed it - and as i thought... i'm an idiot
the cluster was connecting to the web - cqrlog actually told me i should disconnect from the web - did i listen, no - now using telnet connection and its doing what it should.

hiya..
i'm sure i'm doing something wrong but i dont seem to be able to post a spot..
Suddenly its gone and wont come back, on my desktop and my laptop, it does not start, Mint 19.1 CQRlog 2.3 TU de K8WDX
Never mind, I got it......
On my Ubuntu 18.04 LTS system I did an apt-get upgrade and saw that cqrlog was held back. So I did sudo apt-get upgrade cqrlog. I saw that it was going to install some mysql packages and remove some mariadb packages. I figured that was OK, but apparently not. In the midst of the upgrade I got a message that mysql is in FROZEN mode because I had done an incompatible *downgrade* of mysql or a variant.
Here is what apt did:
hello
is it possible the data (qrg, mode, etc) from lin-hpsdr online sync to cqr-log?.. if so then how?
thanks for answering

Completely rewritten Cq-monitor/ Wsjtx map with Lazarus standard components. Does not use richmemo unit any more. Seems that previously slowly crowing cpu load is now away. This version can also be compiled with Lazarus v2.0 rcXX
Changes should show up to user with very minimal changes. (if any).
All credits of this change goes to Andreas, DL7OAP, who wrote whole monitor core using stringGrid component.
Hello,
Recently, I lost control of TRX with CQRLOG. My version is 2.3.0 (001). I searched and saw that I no longer had the TRX list in the menu "TRX Control" of preferences. After a few tests, I noted that RIGCTLD was not OK. The error was :
rigctld: error while loading shared libraries: libreadline.so.7: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
RIGCTL is in the Hamlib pakage but with Archlinux, Hamlib is in AUR. So, I decided to rebuild Hamlib. Now The TRX control is OK again.
I inform the forum if another OM have this problem.
Hi Saku,
if you're in the mood ;-) , another annoying problem.
With many entries in the band map, you have to scroll up to get to the beginning of the band. Unfortunately the window scrolls down with each new entry.
It would be better if the window would hold the upper scroll position.
There is already an older entry for this behavior.

I seem to be unable to edit the CW f keys in this version. Accessing the Help files takes me to version 2.2.0 Help files and since the Upper Menu Bar appearance is different in 2.3.0 the old Help file is not relevant.
Opening the Window/CW Fx keys does open a window with the F keys visible but there does not appear to be a method visible to edit them.
A little help please.
