Hi !
It is good to know following:
Advanced Forum Search
When I try to export contest-logs to edi, I receive an error "" is an invalid integer.
In my opinion, all fields are properly filled.
Which fields are checked?
How to find the cause?
Regards,
Johann OE5JWL
I found a missing letter in the prefixes of the grid entries, which solved the error.
But still the message in the bottom of the export window shows a wrong number of exported log entries - it is always 10, regardless of the entries really exported.
I am guessing no one else has ever had this problem because when I search I get nothing.
I installed CQRLOG on a SSD drive that boots my raspberry pi running Debian. I installed CQRLOG from the pi lookup in preferences. Install appeared to go well, configured preferences and called it a day. Restarted the raspberry pi to configure wsjtx and found rigctld not working. When I went to the TRX preference page I found that my radio type (IC-7300) was missing. When I went to reselect it ALL the radio definitions are gone. Restart didn’t help, reinstall worked till I rebooted the pi and then all the definitions were gone. Installed by compiling latest Hamlib. Didn’t help.

I have installed cqrlog with the ppa repository.
That's went fine , but the layout i get is so different as when you look at the screenshots on this webpage .
A lot of fields are too big and mask some other items.
Here is my system:
Linux Lite 5.8 ( a ubuntu focal flavour)
Desktop Xfce
uname - a gives me :
Linux on4aol-HP-EliteDesk-800-G3-SFF 5.4.0-139-generic #156-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jan 20 17:27:18 UTC 2023 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Is this a known problem ? Could is be the desktop Xfce ?

Hello,
I had a Hard Lock on my System and had to kill some running processes, including CQRLOG. It had found a new DXCC Table before and Download and Install was done. But after this hard kill, CQRLOG now founds a "new" DXCC Table on every Start and want to to Install it. How to clean this Issue with the Data Base?

Was not working but tried reentering password. Which I have done several times and now working.
Can passwords be set to view instead of just showing dots?

Hello,
I used to tag qso when qsl has been requested by OQRS(clublog) thanks to OR value.
OQRS --> QSL will be requested by OQRS
OR --> QSL has been requested by OQRS
This value is available in QSO entry window or by Group Edit from File Menu but not in QSL menu from QSO List window.

Hello,
When writing from qso list, Do Not Send (N) to a QSO, the QSL_S_DATE will automatically be filled with current day date.
Perhaps, a question could be asked if we want to add the QSL_S_DATE but it is inconsistent because no qsl is sent.

Hello Again .....
You can display the distance information between you and the Station worked, in the panel below the QSO List.
But, is it possible to get this information saved into the logbook itself and to display as a log entry, in a column in the QSO List ?

Hi, I'm long time Gentoo user and would like to be able to use CQRLOG on Gentoo Linux. With the Ebuild system, Gentoo builds all packages from source. There is a "package" of version 2.4.0, and someone in the forums posted an update to version 2.5.2. However it seems there is no package maintainer anymore, and on my system neither 2.4.0, nor 2.5.2 can be built. I assume it may be an issue with dependencies. The relevant error seems to be this:
cqrlog-2.5.2/src/cqrlog.lpr(6,3) Fatal: (10022) Can't find unit Interfaces used by cqrlog

Hi There
I have a query that's puzzling me - I just re-installed a log which contains around 4000 contacts, but the QSO List is only displaying a few hundred when you scroll down - the rest are not displaying at all - so how do I get to display the whole log ??
Cannot seem to fathom this one.
Would appreciate help on this one !
Thanks
Hi Everyone,
My rig model is 2041 - Kenwood TS890-S. I defined a TRX control button with the command below:
"V VFOB F 29520000 M FM 0 V VFOA F 29620000 M FM 0 S 1 VFOB C 1462"
It al works out except for the last command "C 1462" which is the command to set the CTCSS. It just won't set the radio to this tone. Anybody have experience with this?
73's and thanks

The following problem exists with Clublog:
If Clublog rejects an upload or delete command, CQRLOG retries it first, every time it needs to upload. As a result, it is stuck.
Example:
bugger report:
just upgraded to latest Mint and installed everything all is good, however all my PSK contacts are simply PSK, not PSK31 or PSK63, not sure is this is an issue on import or export, however it would be good if the logger maintained sub modes on import and export. Thanks.

I have no problem with wsjt-x.
Using K4 IP plus port# 9200 (using K4 example found in DOC)
K4 and CPU are connected to LAN. (verified with IPScanner)
Is RIGCTLD loaded with CQRLOG? Should be on PC, as wsjt-x works
I also have a problem with scale (??) I changed window scale to see the text better (larger) - all messed up:
Picture will not paste.
text size same(?) but all on top of each other. If I go back to 4K, (sort of) OK but small...
Buttons don't scale as window size changes.
