CQRLOG - beta versions

Versions for testing, probably unstable.

How to test CQRLOG

I'll release testing version of CQRLOG (almost) every week or often. It will be saved here as 64bit binary package complete with all files ready to extract to your home directory. DEB files of this testing versions will be released before final release.

Please untar the package to you home directory. Before you run cqrlog binary, please backup your ~/.config/cqrlog directory. These testing versions shouldn't damage your data but it's always better to backup :).

If you find any problem, run cqrlog in debug mode. Open terminal and type this:

Alpha 136 - rotctld Error

Did the Update via the Script.
rotctld is not activated in the Preference, so it should not be started.
But cqrlog now tries to connect to rotctld on every start and fails. Enabling it wit Hamlib Dummy makes no difference.

That's the Debug from Level 1:

Cqrlog Ver:Alpha_(136)_Gtk2 Build:1 Date:2025-05-01

Cqrlog Ver:Alpha_(136)_Gtk2 Date:2025-05-01

Alpha_135 zip file error

Hello,

I attempted to install Alpha_135 on my Linux Mint 21.3 system using the newupdate.sh script. I selected the cqr2.zip binary. I encountered the following issues:

1. Had to change the URL in the wget lines in the script file to point to

https://github.com/OH1KH/CqrlogAlpha/blob/main/compiled/cqr2.zip

and

https://github.com/OH1KH/CqrlogAlpha/blob/main/compiled/help.tgz

Only Care About UDP Upload

On my old (seemingly dying) machine, Xubuntu 22, I have Cqrlog Ver:2.6.0_(119)_QT5 Date:2023-10-03

I do not remember if I got an executable, or got source and compiled. Too long ago.

But what it allows me to do is UDP uploads to Station Master
(see https://stationmasterpro.com/post/320/Connect-CQRLOG-Directly-To-Station...).

Update to 2.6.0 Alpha 134 - MySQL error

Hi,

today I updated to 134 Gtk2 as described on Github README-Page.
Everything worked fine and CQRLog looks working fine too.

But:

When I click on "Open log" a error message pops up telling me

Database upgrade crashed with this error:
TMySQL57Connection : Error executing query: Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`cqrlog001`.`upload_status`, CONSTRAINT `upload_status_ibfk_1` FOREIGN KEY (`id_log_changes`) REFERENCES `log_changes` (`id`) ON DELETE SET NULL)

2.6.0_(119) Gtk2

I recently updated from beta version 117 to 119. I am having a problem with filtering the QSO list. No filters work except the date. Is this a bug in this particular version, or do I need to look elsewhere. Is there a fix? I have also noticed that DXCC tables want to refresh every time I open the program, even if I opened it 10 minutes prior.

Thanks

lotw send error

Hello
i have a problem with uploading qso to LOTW.
It tells me that I have 167 QSOs that have already been sent.
If I tell it to send me only new QSOs, it tells me to send the files manually by going to the arrl website. I've already done that, but the same message keeps coming out.
If I choose the option to send them all again, I get the same message.
I can download confirmed contacts without problems, but I can't send new qso's.
This was working fine, until a few days ago, and I don't know why it doesn't work.

Problem importing LotW & EQSL confirmations

I'm using the latest version of cqrlog (2.6.0_119_gtk2).

As always, logging works great.

There is one problem:

When I'm downloading EQSL and LotW confirmations, I started getting the error messages that "x QSOs were not found in your log".
This number x keeps rising fast with every day I'm making QSOs.

I investigated and all the QSOs that CQRLOG "does not find" are actually in my log. Each of the records in the error file has the line "Qso_was_not_found_in_log!"
