Have I missed something, or... Namely, if I open my log, take a filter, example
FT8, I get my all FT8 qsos listed. OK that.
But Is there another way to see dxcc statistics of these FT8 qsos, than export them to
separate adif, then open new log and import qsos there?
now, when I take filter of FT8 qsos, statistics shows still whole logs situation.

I have Slackware 14 running on a 64 bit PC. All nice and stable.
I downloaded cqrlog_2.1.0_amd64.tar.gz, put it in /root/Downloads and followed the instructions in:
https://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/linux-general-1/useful-thread-a...
I unpacked the file using: tar xvf cqrlog_2.1.0_amd64.tar.gz and it was unpacked into a folder of the same name. Seemed OK to me so far.
Hi,
i'm using CQRLOG Version 2.1.0 (125).
At the moment i am often qrv on short wave with FT8 and want to work VK and ZL.
So it would be nice, if you could enter VK,ZL in the Inputbox between Text and Alert in the wsjt-x cq-monitor, and it gives you an alert for *VK* and *ZL* Text.

I'm a bit confused as to which database I'm actually running.

New problem for me as of today. After importing an ADIF file as a second log and attempting to scroll down past the initial listing the application crashes with a small popup window showing only "cqrlog" and the close box in the upper right-hand corner. When I close the popup the application closes.
Here is the beginning of the debug level 1 output (some line breaks removed) -
tom@gqmvjh2 ~ $ cqrlog --debuglevel = 1
**** DEBUG LEVEL 1 ****
Uploading QSOs to eQSL.cc works fine, but downloading from them gets this:
Size: 2400
eQSL page was probably changed, cannot find the link to ADIF file
Server returned this:
I need someone to help me with what this error means & hopefully give me a clue as to what I can do about it.
Thanks,

I use a central database for CQRLOG which must be accessed over the Internet (it's hosted on a VPS, which also runs cqrweblog). I use several different computers for logging at different locations. Some have very slow, high-latency Internet connections. This can cause trouble when launching the program.
CQRLog does a good job downloading the QTH information (address etc.) from HamQTH. This data is not retained in the database now but, could be retained. Nothing special needed. Just retain the data in the MariaDB database. The data can be accessed through the SQL console with a simple query and exported to a csv file. Then I would be able to print labels for my QSL cards from EXCEL or other program.
Thank you for considering my suggestion.

Hi,
I am currently using cqrlog 2.1.0 and wsjt-x 1.8.0-RC2 on a low power computer (raspberry pi 3). The combination in general works well but I have noticed that my CPU usage gets a bit high. I think it is due to the processing being done for the cqrlog wsjtx cq monitor window. Is there any way to run in wsjtx remote mode, to allow qso to be logged, but not have the monitor window running?
Thanks

Did an update to my ubuntu 17.04 64 bit and then tried to run CQRLOG. Got a message to save mysql.err and now I don't know what to do. I get the login window but the logs are missing and cancel is the only option. The mysql.err file is attached below:

I've got an error happening with an "Invalid Band" message from clublog. I'd blame them, but my other contacts upload just fine.
This image shows the data in the log ... where am I going wrong?

Thanks for any help.

I use CQRLOG almost exclusively in "Remote mode for wsjt". I think I have it set to import data from QRZ.com, but all I get is the Name, & most of the time the Name goes into the next QSO instead of the current one. Also: the Mode is correct but it also is in the "RST sent" field; RST received is in "PWR"; & power is in "Comment to QSO". I have a screenshot of the before I've made any edits, but cannot figure out how to attach it here. This doesn't make the program unusable, but I only make a handful of contacts a day.
have cqrlog 2.1.0 (001) on 2 different computers one is linux mint 18.2 other ubuntu 16.04
on opening qso list and scrolling down a blank error window opens and program freezes at same point on both computers... here is dbug error...
"
select id_cqrlog_main from cqrlog_main order by qsodate,time_on LIMIT 1
select count(*) from cqrlog_main where (qsodate = '2015-10-08'and time_on <= '20:37') or qsodate < '2015-10-08' order by qsodate DESC, time_on DESC LIMIT 500
We have now in CQR modes ssb, cw, am, fm, rtty. Could it be time
to change this "rtty" into "digi" "data" or similar?
Reason for asking, is, that from dx-cluster could all digital modes
count as "new country/mode, qsl needed, worked... etc."
So, in frequencies we could expand all these digi modes as one.
Now narrow "rtty" is mentioned.
Hello.
Over the last months, I have had several cases of eQSL's showing up as unconfirmed in my eQSL inbox (on www.eqsl.cc). When I check these claimed QSO's in CQRLOG I can find them, but with another mode; in particular, QSLs received for JT9, while I have them logged as FT8.
Usually, I just reject such cards as "incorrect mode", but then just recently I noticed that the CQRLog download from eQSL apparently had matched these JT9 QSL's to my FT8 QSO's, and tagged them as confirmed.
Hi,
is it possible to check the marking that is set in the database after the clublog upload?

Hi,
i'm using cqrlog 2.1.0 and wsjt-x 1.80rc2 on my Ubuntu 16.04 system.
works all well.
I noticed that in the "remote mode for wsjt" the filed RST sent and receive are not set.
they stay on 599.
In the preferences under the point "fldigi/wsjt interface" you find a "RST from"-option for fldigi, but not for wsjtx. I tried to find out, what cause these behavior. I read the UDP protocol specification of wsjtx and found that the RST rapport is included.
It seems that CQRLOG didn't grab the RST rapport from the UDP WSJTX Messages.
Hi,
as I'm still relatively fresh in the HAM scene, I'm not sure, whether this is a useful idea, or whether there are already other tools that do the trick ...
For antenna evaluation and comparison it would be cool, if I could get some kind of spider-web graph, showing the various azimuths with the max. distances, e.g. grouped in 5 or 10 degree groups. - The pskreporter.info site does this in a way, but only for digimodes and only for a shortterm horizon.
The idea is to get some overview of what's likely to work with a given antenna and what not.
Hi there,
some little thing I miss is, that CQRLOG does not show (approx.) azimuth and distance, if only 4-digit locators are entered, as used for some digimodes (JT9, JT65, FT8, ...).
... probably just a minor tweak to add this.
Thanks a lot in advance,

Stefan.
Hi,
is it possible to include an "eqsl-upload at qrt-time" in the Software?

CQRlog uses it's own QSL managers lists, but I noticed my Taiwanese call still refers to my old manager. How and where can I find someone who updates the list?
Experiencing problem with CQRLOG Version 2.1.0 stops responding downloading from LOTW.
Can only correct by closing CQRLOG and trying again, several times, until finally completes D/L.
OS Ubuntu 16.04
I renewed my TQSL certificate and changed my password. Before confirmation has arrived I tried to upload a couple of QSO's to lotw and was asked for my password which of course did not match. I was then locked into the password entry window and cancel didn't work nor did closing the window as it was immediately re-established. Basically it was necessary to log out to close CQRLog.

Updated TQSl to v 2.3.1. Now upload to lotw fails. Invalid mode ft8. I did add ft8 to the mode list in cqrlog. The error occurs as cqrlog tries to sign the upload file. How can I fix this?
