I have the server box on start up and can't get any further. I may have missed the choice to be local. How do i recover the first time start up window? Using hampi on a raspberrypi. TNX W3BL

I have been wrting a Rig module for Hamlib to support SDRAngel. I have most of the code copleted and now testing. Using the RIGCTL application I have the following parts working:
f, F Frequency
m, M mode
v, V VFO
t, T PTT
When I run CQRLOG I see the frequency and the mode are following the radio and staying current.
When I try to change the frequency by selecting a different option in the drop down no change is made to the radio and the frequency in CQRLOG remains the like it was. I also see no different activity in Debug=1.
After all the database and version problems I had in December, everything seems to be working fine. However, tonight I scrolled to the end of the QSO list and there are no QSOs shown prior to 2020-12-15. This was alarming!
I made sure there were no filters. I tried re-sorting the list. Same problem.
Then, in desperation I checked my ADIF backup files and all QSOs are there. Whew!
Then, in CQRlog I set up a filter for QSOs from 2016-01-01 to 2019-12-31 and the missing QSOs appeared in the list. I cleared the filter and they disappeared again.
Hi Saku,
Upgrade 2.5.0 to 2.5.2 under LinuxLite (ubuntu 18.04) from repository.

In cqrlog DXcluster preferences I have a list of excluded entities that shall be sent to dx cluster when connected.
Using VE7CC.net cluster that uses CC cluster software, entities listed must be comma separated like:
SET/FILTER DXCTY/REJECT SM,OH,OZ,DL,SP,PA,ON,F,EA,EA6,EA8,EA9,I,IT9,IS,9A,LZ,HA,HB,LX,G,GW,GM,GI,GD,GU,EI,LY,CT,TA,4X,OK,OM,9A,ER,YU,YO,E7,S5,OE,K,KP4,VE,ES,UA,UA9,UN,UR,5B,YL,EU,4O,SV,SV9,SV5,T7,PY,Z3
Recently when I call CQ my spots are showing up on the DX cluster in RBN and greyline. I have not changed any settings and I would rather not see my spots in the DX cluster window. Have I missed a new feature?

I am puzzled that CQRLOG seems to stop at member #23907 when reading the skcc.txt member list and populating the NEW QSO award field with the member number. It works for member #23907, but does not work for any member I tested higher than that. At the moment, there are 23944 SKCC members. I loaded the skcc.txt file from the CQRLOG website on order to test it at numbers this high, but there are too few members in that file to repeat the test.
Setup: Ten Tec Omni 7 serial cable from computer to radio. Running hamlib rig ctrl d followed the setup in Saku's video and it is working great. EXCEPT in the transmit period when the radio stops sending about 2 seconds before the end of the period the radio stays keyed. It stays keyed 3 seconds into the receive period and then releases. It still is able to decode the other station as the data does not start coming through until about that point in the next period anyway. It just seems odd the radio is hanging in transmit that long.
How to properly setup CQRLOG to recognize FT8 properly
Hi!
I already thought cqrlog 2.5.2 was finally the best version of all time.
When today, I accidentally right-clicked on the empty QSO list, in the main "New QSO" window,
the following warning appears:
"Press Ok for ignore and risk data corruption. Press Abort to kill the program".
This only happens if the "Show recent QSO records for the last XX days" option is not
selected in Preferences -> New QSO.
If instead I select this option the problem is solved.
While debugging I isolated this line which I think is interesting:
Good morning.
I know that this is not a CQRLOG problem but was hoping someone might have found a fix for this.
I am running Fedora 33, fully updated, and when i run WSJT-X (2.3.0)without cqrlog, the layout and font sizes look fine, but when i run it from remote of cqrlog, font on the bottom are squished together, the boxes that i can adjust my TX, and RX at. I do have screen shots but not sure how to attach here

Since the last two updates I've notice that the previous QSO field has been getting smaller with each update. Originally I could see three QSO's then went down to two and the latest one one previous QSO.
This is a screenshot

I think the field is called qQSOBefore.
Is there a way I can increase the size of the field? So I can at least three previous QSO's.
Hello cqrlog team,
Thank you for Cabrillo export added.
After export I noticed, that value in Preference -> Station -> ZIP City is not well exported. For example "28401 Kutna Hora" is exported as "ADDRESS-POSTALCODE: 28401" and "ADDRESS-CITY: Kutna". The second word of city name is missing in exported file. But there is no problem to add the missing part of the city name to exported file manually.
Moin,
I which program language is cqrlog written? I see *.pas and *.lfm files in the repository but I can't recognize the language.

So I had a problem and had to do a fresh install (Linux Mint 19.1).
When I re-installed CQRLOG, I got the following message:
Error during connection to database: Can not load default MySQL library ("libmysqlclient.so.16" or "libmysqlclient.so"). Check your installation.
Anything I can do?

GA, first of all, thank you very much for this excellent logging program.
I have tried version 2.4, version 2.5.1 and I still cannot connect to mysql. I have tried every which way, including updating/upgrading mariadb, purge install, re-install, and it just won't work. I have tried all the suggestions I could find online regarding mysql 8.0, but most of them didn't work even directly on the database. Currently installed is CQRlog 2.5.1
Running Linux Xubuntu 20.04. Here is the error log. HELP! It always comes up the same on this computer. I have CQRlog running well under this version of Linux on my laptop.

Hello,
Since version 2.5.0, it is no longer possible to open files attached to a call.
I regularly create files . txt and PDF, but I can’t open them from CQRLog.
The directory is created, the files exist, CQRLog openning the directory, but no action when I select the files?
In "Preferences - External viewer", I have "gedit" for ".txt" and "evince" for "PDF files".
With external command, "gedit" and "evince" are ok.
It's a bug ????

Last month I installed Cqrlog 2.5.1 on Ubuntu 20.4.2LTS Minimum install with
git clone https://github.com/ok2cqr/cqrlog.git
My problem is the spacing in some comboboxes.
I do not use CAT, so I input with Offline.
The Combobox shows left remaining space, but right none,
while https://www.cqrlog.com/sites/default/files/cqrlog_full.png shows only a bit space.
Hi,
I can see that cqrlog trying to say something to me in red, but I can't see what because it is perfectly covered by DXCC ref. field (see attached pictures). I tried to maximize New QSO window but it changing nothing.

Hello,
I am running CQRLog version 2.3.0 on a raspberry pi 4 for operations in the field. After operating in the field I upload the contacts into Log4OM version 2.0. After uploading I noticed that my export from CQRLog does not include my home QTH or call sign. Does CQRlog include the capability to include my call sign and QTH on ADIF exports? If so what settings are required to make this happen.
thanks in advance for the help. I enjoy this software very much!

I have read the section on using fldigi XmlRpc remote. I am using CQRLOG v2.4. One part of the instructions is unclear as it seems to work with the settings, however in the instructions it says in "fldigi must be started from the command line with the parameter: fldigi --xmlrpc-server-port 7362"
Is this still the case? If I do should I put the parameter in the text box.
I have the other settings and fldigi path set and when I start fldigi I get the XML-RPC monitor box, so it seems to be ok the way I have it. I just wanted to double check.
Thank you.
Hello, my station PC is running Ubuntu 20.04, have all my digitalmodes and radios installed/connected to it, my home server is a Centos 7.9 running
mysqld Ver 5.7.32 for Linux on x86_64 (MySQL Community Server (GPL))
I would like to use my home server (Centos) and the database (which I use for other home made applications) from anywhere I can have internet connectivity whether it is locally in my radioshack or somewhere in Timbuktu via VPN.
