CQ monitor - nothing displayed

Hi Saku,

No problems with CQRLOG for years... but i had to do a fresh install of MINT 22 on my NUCi3.
I installed CQRLOG and mariaDB. And it seemed fine. I left the default values for UDP.
But nothing shows up in the CQ-monitor panel.
Previously I used JTDX, but am now using wsjtx 2.7.0.
Have I forgotten some important setting? Thanks for your help.

fixed default frequency value 2113.00000

On my shack-pc (debian bookworm 64bit), I encounter the following problem:
when cqrlog is started, in the new QSO-window there is a default value of 2113.0000 for the frequency, which I cannot change!

cqrlog alpha 134 / 135 gtk2

I use remote database

What could be the cause for that?

Strange problem building with new repo

I have clones of both the old repo (branch loc_testing) and the new CqrlogAlpha repo (branch main). If I cd into the old one and type 'make clean; make cqrlog_qt6' it compiles just fine. If I then cd into the new repo and enter the same command, it runs for a while and then I get

/home/gwb/OSS/src/CqrlogAlpha/src/dLogUpload.pas(12,3) Fatal: (10022) Can't find unit lNet used by dLogUpload
Fatal: (1018) Compilation aborted
Error: /usr/bin/ppcx64 returned an error exitcode

I got a "QSO NOT FOUND in log" error

I can tell you exactly how I got it. I used fldigi in XmlRpc mode. I made a PSK31 contact and CQRLOG logged it as such. I then used CQRLOG to "Upload QSOs to LoTW web page". When the QSO was confirmed in LoTW, I "Download and process data from LoTW website" and got the error.

Here's the ADIF export for the QSO from CQRLOG:

New QSO window doesn't retain width or order of fields

Ubuntu 24.04 running X11
mariadb V15.1
QT6 V6.4.2
CQRLOG Alpha_(134)_QT6

In the New QSO window, it allows me to change the widths and order of the fields of previous QSOs. However, if I close and reopen CQRLOG, then the fields are back to some default width and ordering.

If this is NOT a bug, then how do I make my changes permanent?

Thanks!

CQRLOG freezes when moving the mail window on Ubuntu 24.04

Hello CQRLOG-Community!

I am using CQRLOG for many years, now i updated my Laptop to Ubuntu 24.04.

Importing my preferences and Log worked perfectly, but I am running into an issue which occured first when I entered the QSO-List. Moving the column widths freezes the program, after a short while the screen turns black, after a few seconds I can continue using the program.

The same occured in the mail window, even when I try to move the window or scroll through the entries of the list.

Fresh install (Mint's Software manager bug?)

I've installed from zero Linux ( Mint 22 Wilma base: Ubuntu 24.04 noble) in my computer.

Reinstalling my ham programs all went ok, then installed CQRlog (via Software Manager, mintinstall) which was fine, but when I ran it, popped up an error related to mysql database.

Tried to reinstall it from a terminal window (sudo apt install cqrlog), ... "nothing to install because CQRlog is at it most recent version". But the error still popped up.
