JTDX signal reports not importing to CQRLOG

When I use JTDX the SENT and RECEIVED reports are not importing to CQRLOG. Everything else from each QSO does move as it should but not the signal reports. I have never had this problem with WSJT-X. I am using Mint 19.3 64 bit and the latest CQRLOG wit the Wsjt-x CQ-monitor remote.

Any help?

Hi Bill!

This was problem. I think at 2.4.0(001). You should upgrade your cqrlog there has been fix for that.
If you can not compile from source you could try my alpha test binary. Read the README.md!

Hi Saku,

Hi Saku,

Isn't 2.4.0(001) the latest version? That is what I am running. Are you saying there is a newer version in github? I have never tried to compile from source so I am not comfortable with trying that. If there is a newer version with fixes why isn't it available here in "recent version"?

Hi!
Yes it is official, but if you look Petr's git hub there the source is far ahead of the released version.
I have also my own git hub for developing and there I have also ready compiled versions, but without installer package.

Updating cqrlog is very easy. When compiled, the new resulting binary file is just copied over existing file "cqrlog" located in / usr/ bin folder.
Of course backing up the old file and the log data is important in case something goes wrong.

Saku,

Saku,

Thanks but I don't know how to do any of that so I guess i won't use JTDX for now. WSJT-X works fine.

Hi Saku!

Hi Saku!
I've downloaded the pre compiled alpha versione to try to solve the problem of the JTDX signal reports and all seems to work fine. Also the updating script worked very well and the guide on how to perform the update was very clear also for a new linux user like me.
Many thanks and best 73!
