Cannot see entire logbook

New to CQRLOG and Linux.

CQRLOG version 1.9.1
Linux Mint 17.2 Cinnamon

After importing over 16k QSO's into CQRLOG in ADIF format, all log entries imported with only 4 errors. That's pretty darn good in my book. CQRLOG shows that I now have all the contacts in my log file, and I can search for any QSO and the program returns the information without a problem.

The problem is viewing the complete log file. When I want to do a Show Log (CTRL-O) to see the ENTIRE logbook, the program will only show 500 QSO's and nothing more. I've looked in vain in the setup config portion of the program, to see if there is a max. limit setting to the log file, but there isn't one.

I'm sure that it's something I am doing wrong. A program with this much effort put in with and this many users... It's got to be me. If the program can't show all the log entries, but can search for any particular one without a problem - then that's an issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

By default you can only see

By default you can only see the last 500 so it does not kill the machine, if you want to see the entire logbook, filter the log by date, in qso list, top menu filter, then by date, when you are done, then filter DXCC with ! then fix those as well, by edit qso, change dxcc info, just in case.

That solved the problem for

That solved the problem for me. When filtering the log file, I included the start date for my earliest log entry - which was many years ago.

All is good.

TNX a ton.

Re: Cannot see entire logbook

Hi Bob,

Tom is right, CQRLOG shows only 500 QSO. I have over 25k QSO in the log and showing all QSO would take very long time. You can use arrow key or pg up/down keys to browse all QSO. When you are on the end of currect 500QSO and hit arrow down or pg down, CQRLOG will load next 500 QSO.
