I frequently get confirmation QSL through LOTW, but even when I have received confirmation through LOTW, CQRLOGGER claims that QSL is needed. Seems I have to enter Q in the QSL_RCVD column to get rid of the "QSL needed" information.
To me an LOTW confirmation is equally good as a QSL confirmation.
Can this logic be changed?

yes, it can. Please go to Preferences, choose LoTW support tab and mark as checked "Include LoTW confirmed countries in DXCC" statist and "Use LoTW confirmed countries for New country or New band country etc. info".

I ain't interested in paper qsl card nor eqsl because I'm working ONLY with the LoTW system. I've the "Include LoTW confirmed countries in DXCC" statist and "Use LoTW confirmed countries for New country or New band country etc. info" both two checked but this works only for statistics.... DXCluster says I need to contact spotted people also if I have their country/mode/band confirmed within LoTW....

Both boxes checked as above, and using Q in qsl_rcvd column, but still get QSL Needed color on countries worked and confirmed long ago. Italy, Belgium and Poland today. Almost always Italy and one or two other countries. Those sneaky Italians want more contacts!
