Does anyone have trx control working with the FT5k? Is so please share your settings...

FTDX 5000 settings

Menu #032 Cat Rate 38400bps
#033 Cat time out timer 1000msec
#034 Cat RTS Disable

just make sure you have RTS disabled in the program, all should be good..
If you are using Ubuntu 11.04
Device /dev/ttyS4
Rig Id 129
Settings tab
speed 38400
handshake Hardware
stop bits 1
Parity None
DTR RTS unchecked.
that should do it, you may have to alter your port # like from 4 to 0 or what ever..

Worked once for me. However,

Worked once for me. However, that was in an earlier version of CQRlog. Now it doesn't work in either version. Not real solid. Using a USB to Serial converter. Works great in Windows.
