1) How to install CQRLOG?
There are two options:

You can download install stript, run it and follow instructions.
-
or download compressed directory, untar into your home folder and run cqrlog.
Using install script is highly recommended!
2) How to upgrade from older version?
Upgrade from older version:
-
just download compressed install script, untar it and run it. Choose upgrade option in the graphics guide, check path to the you cqrlog directory and path to the Dekopt directory.

or download compressed directory and copy recent version of ctyfiles directory to your cqrlog directory and members directory. Overwrite old files.
After upgrade import new DXCC data, then go to QSO list window, choose Statistics and Rebuild DXCC statistics!
Using install script is highly recommended!
3) I have installed cqrlog and after start got this message: "Can NOT open version table!"
This error means that firebird library cannot be loaded. Install libstdc++5 library and run cqrlog again. In Debian based distributions you can use apt e.g. sudo apt-get install libstdc++5 (in Ubuntu), in Mandriva urpmi libstdc++ etc.
